Our Story

FIRST LIFT TRAINING is a growing business, we offer forklift truck training at any skill level to our clients throughout the Yorkshire and the UK. We are located in Selby North Yorkshire, with easy access from Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster, Hull and other major townships.

FIRST LIFT TRAINING was established to provide a high quality service and we have many years experience within the forklift industry. All training is to the accreditation standard,which is recognised throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland as one of the leading training accrediting bodies and is one of the highest standards within the profession. Which has been going for over 40 years, and the accreditation schemes and standards are guided by the Approved Code of Practice for Rider-operated lift trucks: Operator training (ACOP L117). With a team that includes only fully qualified instructors and Examiners You can rest assured of our attention to quality training that will be of benefit to your business which will ultimately provide a safer working environment for all on site. Our training company can provide accredited training and all our instructors are registered, All our instructors initially qualify as forklift truck training specialist instructors/examiners. The instructors have many years of knowledge and skills which are second to none. Forklift training is provided by our forklift truck training specialists which can be conducted for the novice forklift operators, refresher & re-tests which are periodically conducted on any forklift category.
